We provide media production and AI-assisted business systems services — including business-knowledge organization ("AI Business Brain" systems), content systems, and workflow support — to service businesses. By using this website or our messaging program, you agree to these Terms.
2. SMS / text messaging program
With your consent, Barnicle Productions LLC sends text messages in two separately consented categories:
- Non-marketing (informational/operational) messages — about project inquiries, estimates, scheduling, appointment reminders, proposal or project updates, and service coordination.
- Marketing messages — about special offers, promotions, and service updates, sent only if you separately opt in to marketing messages.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. You can also get help by emailing brian@barnicleproductions.com. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website — including attempting to breach its security, scraping content for unlawful purposes, submitting false or misleading information through our forms, or using the site or our messaging program to send unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.

The content of this website — text, graphics, logos, the Barnicle Productions name and barnacle mark, and page designs — belongs to Barnicle Productions LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without written permission, other than normal viewing and sharing of links.
